North Shore Trust & Savings Bank is a community bank with six locations that focuses on retail banking and mortgage lending. Objective was to create and execute a phased-in marketing campaign that included surveying satisfaction of current customers, revamping the portfolio and services offered, then promoting retail banking products to the new target audience. North Shore experienced a double digit increase in new retail banking customers as a result of the campaign.
